Only for him to come into my home and tell my family how stupid I was thinking I needed this repair. He must never make mistakes. Maybe had he ask the right questions instead of having me explain the issue he would not have had to waist his time coming out. Did the repair anyway. Who belittles a customer in the first place. Leo explained the issue and the possible solutions. In addition he installed a smart thermostat to further prevent the occasional furnace shut offs. Leo presented very understandable explanations of the furnace problem and very understandable instructions for the smart thermostat. Leo also left his business card so we could contact him again if we had difficulty programing the smart thermostat. It was a pleasure working with Leo. We highly recommend Leo and the Korte company."
