We are a small family owned business. Current owner worked for previous owner for a number of years before purchasing the business in 1999. We currently have three employees and do almost all our own work. A few repairs do require some sub-contracting. Payment is expected at pick up.

Paul is fabulous and was so accommodating. I delivered my vehicle to him the night before leaving on vacation and he had a quote to me shortly thereafter, the repairs were made and my vehicle was ready before my vacation ended. And his fee was substantially less than the dealership.

We had bought a used car which seemed too good to be true, even with 140K miles. After a few weeks, we slowly began seeing the reasons why the owner wanted to get rid of it. We have taken all our previous vehicles to Paul Able's shop, called and quot;Mort's Wayside Garageand quot;. Paul and his crew have a reputation of being very professional, very helpful (if asked, will give you step by step instructions on how to do simple repairs yourself), dependable, and doing excellent work. His office administrator, Karen, is friendly, very knowledgeable, willing to help in any way possible, and quick to answer the phone if she's not in the midde of something else. If required to leave a message, you can trust that the call will be returned as soon as possible. If I have any choice at all, Mort's Wayside Garage is the only place, and the only team that I want repairing my vehicles. They are not only my most trusted and quot;Car Doctorsand quot;, but also good friends! .
