We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"It went very well! Tim came to the apartment and looked at the issue. He told me that he will place the order for the new and more efficient unit than the old boiler and install asap. Tim's crew came the following Monday to demolish the old boiler and installed the new boiler on the same day. The new boiler was up and running on the same day. It was a smooth startup!"

"Illiana came to fix our 2nd floor A/C unit that was leaking. The tech, Jim, said he there was a blockage in the drain line and that he would get it cleared by blowing it out. He blew it out---ALL OVER OUR MASTER BATHROOM!!! It was a complete eruption of the sink drain! Smelly, black, grimmy, and grotesque slime coated our custom walnut vanity cabinets, granite countertops, tile floor, walls, ceiling, mirrors, light fixtures, doors, clothes, cologne/perfume bottles, makeup, and my $5000 hearing aids and charger were submerged in sludge. RUINED. I immediately sent photos and video to their office and explained the situation to one of the girls that took my call. I then asked Jim what he was going to do and he said that there was nothing he can do about it, but someone would call me tomorrow. He then told me to have a good night and he left. As he walked away, I asked if he was just going to leave this mess for my wife and I to deal with and he said it wasn't his fault, and nothing he could do about it. He got in his truck and drove away. I called the office and Mary (general manager) said that she was aware of the situation and had spoken to the owner, but there wasn't anything else they could do about it. I asked if a cleaning crew was on the way to handle the mess Jim caused, and she said that she hadn't been advised to do anything about the situation. I asked to speak to the owner, but she said that wasn't possible. She said there wasn't anything else they could do, but she would try an have someone call me tomorrow. I asked her what we were supposed to do with the disaster left by the exploded sink drain, and she said that she didn't understand what I wanted done, but it was too late in the day for them to do anything. It was about 4pm CDT. We ended the call. I called Americlean and they showed up in under an hour to clean and sanitize the bathroom. $958.63 for the three-hour cleaning, $600 worth of makeup and perfume in the trash, $5000 hearing aids ruined, and several other minor incidental damages. Illiana never called us. Worst customer service imaginable. Unspeakable way to be treated. My wife and I are frustrated beyond description. Had it not been for the hearing aids, we likely would have just accepted it, but because of the lack of response, lack of accountability, and cost of the damages they caused we are pursuing legal action against Illiana. I called every 24 hour plumber I could find in Louisville. Then I tried Becht/Givens. I received a follow up call in under 30 minutes. Anthony Owen was very patient with me, while I was panicked. He explained pricing from the simplest problem, to replacing the whole thing. He came out, found it to be a very simple issue, fixed it, re lit the water heater. All of this ....in less than 2 hours. I will always use these guys from here on out. Didn't try to stick me with unnecessary crap. Very respectful. And ...oh yeah....less than 100 bucks. Thank you."
