Mismatched cover (no lift as promised) & old damaged mismatched skirt. Stan promises to be out ?next day? or ?this week? No calls & no show! I?m DONE I just want my money back and him to remove this monstrosity from my yard. VERY POOR SERVICE AND NOTHING BUT LIES AT EVERY TURN. Do NOT recommend!!!"

"TERRIBLE PEIPLE TO WORK WITH. IM OUT $50. It took about 2 weeks to get Brian out to give me an estimate. At that time, he told me he charges $50 for an estimate which goes towards the work if he’s hired. He’d not mentioned that before and it was a red flag but I gave him the $50 and he said he’d be back on 7/19. I texted him the day before to confirm and he didn’t respond. So I texted again that evening and the text wouldn’t deliver. I called and a msg said I was calling from a restricted number, he blocked me! I called Cameron the next morning and explained what happened and he said he was trying to reach Brian as well. He told me he’d come out and do the work and would call me back with some options of when he could come. Four days have passed and no call back. I’ve tried calling again and his mailbox is full. TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BIZ!!"

Our staff has the same thought as I about there job and the customers they serve. We have opening and closing service along with weekly service cleanings. We also replace liners, complete filtration pump, filter, heater repair or replacements. We have a full service leak detection division also.

However, if you desire an extra layer of protection against potential freeze damage, you can consider adding some RV antifreeze to your hot tub lines. Just ensure that you use RV antifreeze specifically, as automotive antifreeze is highly toxic and should be avoided.

Follow these general safety tips for spas and hot tubs:

  • Keep your exterior electrical receptacles covered and dry, especially around your hot tub and pool during periods of use.

  • Make sure you have a GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter) properly installed to ensure no one gets accidentally shocked or injured by electrocution. 

  • Don’t use the hot tub or your pool during a thunderstorm. 

  • Before using the hot tub, have a certified electrician thoroughly inspect your hot tub and its wiring to make sure you’re in full compliance with all applicable local building codes. 

Biofilm growth can cause a hot tub to feel slimy. Hot tub biofilm is a slimy substance that’s typically due to natural contaminants like makeup, soaps, skin oils, deodorants, or lotions. A hot tub can also have a slimy interior or slimy water if the tub’s filters are old or damaged, or if the hot tub isn’t properly cleaned. You should drain your hot tub, wipe away any slimy residue, then refill the water and use a spa purge product that prevents the buildup of biofilm.
