Gallardo's Lawncare and Landscaping

It didn't. I had a need to build a retaining wall in my front garden. Gallardo's was one of the vendors recommended by Angi. I got an immediate response which was good, requesting more details and, if possible photos of the requested work. I responded, providing details and photos ask requested. I never heard back. I sent a follow up again requesting a quote. I got nothing. Ghosting potential customers is not a good business practice. I do have some future projects in mind but Gallardo's won't even be considered. No way to run a business. You can bet I will chat with friends and family and advise them not to consider Gallardo's even if recommended by Angi.

Erick came out and promised a quote I never heard from them again, even after I tried to contact them via a number given that didn't even lead to their company but had an automated Home Advisor message. Angi should vet your companies better, there is another review with the same complaint.

Erick was easy to work with. He was thorough and helpful throughout the entire project. Very professional. They are quite pricey in my opinion.

They did an amazing job. I will recommend and use this landscaping service again.

After waiting for MORE than a week for a return call just to schedule an estimate (which still waiting) for the final cost. TERRIBLE business owner I will NEVER give this person\company my money. If you value time & money don't waste it here

How did it go? It didn't. That price was ridicules' at best. Talk about gouging? I didn't use your service, and with quotes like that, I won't use you either anymore

Nestor (Gallardo) was fantastic! I am so glad I found him. He was prompt, thorough, helpful and very polite. He did a great job for a reasonable price. I have already used his services twice and am planning to hire him in the Spring for other projects we have. Highly recommended!!

Company never called me back.

For the appointment, they called almost an hour later and asked if I still wanted them to come. Since it was almost dark by then, I rescheduled to the next day. The guy came out and measured. Told me to call Julie and have my own insurance. I was supposed to get an estimate. Never heard from them again.

They never contacted me, so I hired another landscaper to do the project.
