"I contacted Service Plus/Hope Plumbing on a Friday around 4 p.m. after the gas company shut off service due to a leak, leaving my tenant without heat. They charged a $675 diagnostic fee (which they later offered to remove) and quoted $2,130 for repairs, promising the total would be no more than that. After more than eight hours on-site, they said all leaks were fixed and the line was holding pressure. An hour later, the gas company retested the line and it failed. Despite repeated calls, no one returned until Monday at 11 a.m., nearly 40 hours later. The new technician said the home needed a full re-pipe for an additional $1,500 and told us the account would go to collections if we didn?t pay for the failed repair. He also asked my tenant if she wanted the gas turned back on despite an active leak. I hired Absolute Comfort, who found and fixed the real issue in under 30 minutes for $650. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them."

Payment is due on completion of job as log as customer is satisfied. If customers are not able to be available on completion we only ask for payment to be sent in mail in an orderly fashion.

Four homes on our cul-de-sac coordinated together for various tree projects. Some had trees removed with firewood left behind and stacked neatly, while others requested all debris to be hauled away and shredded for mulch. Chad arrived with a professional crew of about nine people who worked hard for roughly four and a half hours. They removed eight trees, trimmed six more, and cleaned up so thoroughly that you’d never know they had been there. The price was extremely reasonable, especially compared to similar work I’ve had done in the past. The team operated safely and efficiently, with three climbers carefully topping and lowering trees to avoid any damage to nearby trees, our deck, or neighboring properties. Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He knew exactly how to trim each tree — whether lightly or more moderately — and happily handled a few additional requests we made on the day of the job.
