YOUR FIRST CLEANING includes kitchen sinks, counters, floors, cabinet fronts, fridge outside, vents, and unload or load dishwasher and run if it is full, bathroom sinks, tubs, toilets, vents and floors, bedroom floors, make beds, dust, and vents, vacuum or sweep and mop, dust, and tidy all other areas of the home, and finally remove trash and replace trash bags. I will clean and trash cans and large spots on walls as needed but not regularly. Granting you peace of mind that comes from a fresh and clean home on average will cost $32 per hour and can vary based on the number of rooms and size of your home. Your first session will have 2 hours over subsequent cleaning sessions in order to do a little more DETAILED and DEEP CLEANING. This time is free as a courtesy to my customers. You deserve it! Add on services such as: LAUNDRY $12 per load WINDOWS inside (and outside if they are able to fold in for cleaning) inside $$2.00 per pane or inside and outside $5.00 per pane. STOVE $30 FRIDGE $40 CABINETS inside and outside $30 ORGANIZE CABINETS additional $5 per 2 level cabinet, PANTRY inside and out $25 and ORGANIZE PANTRY if needed additional $15 STEAM CLEAN CARPETS $23/rm and $18/rug *HOME SERVICES: pool:open,closing, maintenance, assemble inside/outside furniture, minor repairs, handyman services, and garage/household organization.
