Mr. ApplianceBrandon Turner did some roof repair work for us in 2017. We now have multiple ceiling leaks. We tried multiple times to contact him about our concerns and he would not respond. Think twice about hiring this company to do any work for you.

I still do not have information on what brand/type of whole house charcoal filter system was installed, and Maintenance Express is insisting that I buy filters through them. When Tim came out to do a checkup on the water softener system, he tried to charge me $150 to also deliver $100 worth of salt ($20 per bag for Morton salt which is $7/bag at the grocery store, so that is a ridiculous markup). Will be finding someone else for the maintenance of our system."
