With the fan you purchased we had to figure out the operation of the switch. I feel the price was in par with the job description. We try to keep our prices as fair as possible, it's then up to the customer to make the decision to hire us.."

"I only charged for the service I did. Which was replace a faulty dimmer switch. I didn't charge for the 4 hours trying to figure out why you only had 8.5 volts in your outlets. You have a voltage drop in multiple outlets from someone else's shotty work which is not a simple loose wire in the can light like Jerry said it was."

"We had to remove a thick oak trim around an interior door and adjust the frame for a door that was installed improperly to fit. Plus it took 2 guys to go up and down 3 flights of stairs to locate a water pressure problem on the kitchen faucet due to a valve being turned off. We charged $125 to fix the door and $45 to fix the plumbing. We spent over 4 hours repairing the carpentry and plumbing issues. Try calling a plumber or a carpenter you would have paid at least twice that. I Charged 45 dollars for the plumbing. I think my rates were more than fair."
