I was surprised with the considerable estimate change. However, the driveway had other cracks so I asked if for the $1,300 would he agree to seal the cracks and fill in a 3”x3”x2” hole (chip out of the driveway) with concrete mix. Norberto agreed. The section of the driveway was completed that day. Norberto stated he would return to seal and fill the cracks that weekend September 1st or 2nd. I have called or texted Norberto Ochoa many times since then expecting the job would be finished. His last promise was to complete the seal and patch of the cracks on December 1st. Three months after the initial work. That date has now passed. Tired of making follow up calls after 3 months!!"
