"When Edward came out to stain my deck, I was under the impression that he knew what he was doing. I don't think he has EVER stained a deck in his life. I had to go to Menards several times because he used 4 cans of stain!! $40 a can, which is insane. He sprayed my deck with a wand that you would use in a self-serve car wash. There were major drips on the railing, all over the rails, and on the steps. He sprayed my car and it covered the whole car. I took my car to Ziebart to have them remove all the stain on my car, and it had already started to eat the paint, and it cost me $1,044.99, I have the receipt. He sprayed my young Chinese Maglonia tree that I just planted and hope it will survive. The initial pay was going to be $1000, but after I saw what he did, he left with $300, and I think that was generous. He was upset about that and acted like it was my fault or just didn't care the job he did. It is going to take me hundreds of dollars to repair what he did."

David and his crew worked in order to get those difficult area painted. The paint job looks terrific. No messes and no accidents with paint spills. The extent of the damage continues to escalate months later, with interior paint chipping and mold growing in window crevices and interior walls. When I notified them of the damage they downplayed it and blamed me for "agreeing" to power washing. I agreed to a light washing and told them to be careful. They even power washed my attic ventilation windows, causing tons of water intrusion in the attic as well! They caused lots of damage and stress and still pressured me to pay full price. I had to aggressively haggle them down for a discount but less than 5 months later paint is already chipping and the damage from the water intrusion is more evident. I should have opened an insurance claim and not paid them anything! They are not pros!"
