"First, we agonized over leaving this review but feel obliged. We hired Adam Cullinare/Shamrock to: 1. Repaint kitchen cabinets. Was assured "glass like" finish. Not only are they not glass-like smooth, but are already peeling. Have to be redone. 2. Remove decorative wall @3 feet. He removed wall easily but unable to smooth out adjoining wall/ceiling or replace baseboard and flooring. The wall looked mangled; baseboard not replaced; and the floorboards he applied are nailed and glued together with wood caulk. Mind you, these are interlocking laminate floorboards that don't require glue/nails. Several nails protrude from floor. We and pet stepped on several times - it's like stepping on nails/puncture feet. 3. Paint job was inferior. Light coats, maybe to save on paint? Sloppy and slow job. We had to repaint all areas. 4. Quoted job as 2.5 week to finish. After 4 we let him go. Must have work redone. Not happy. Poor craftsmanship. Overstates abilities. Positive? He's nice guy."

"Went very well at first. Albert&amp;#39;s crew seemed to be friendly, fast and efficient. I believe the project was started on September 12, 2025 and completed on September 13, 2025. Several days later I noticed the new cement had a crack in it and notified them and they came out on September 19, 2025, to repair the crack as promised and was paid in full. A short time later we noticed another crack, I notified them and they came out to repair it. On or around November 5, 2025, I contacted them yet again to inform them that the concrete had cracked again for the 3rd time, and they gave some excuse to why it keeps cracking and that they would need another $600 to come out and repair it. I told them that I will not pay any more money and they need to make it right, which they did. In December I notified them that the concrete had cracked again for the fourth time and they told me that I would need to sign a form to release them of all future liability or they would not come out to repair it. I explained to them that I would not sign it and they need to repair it and make it right, which they did. On January 5, 2026 I contacted them to inform Albert&amp;#39;s for the fifth time that the concrete has cracked, and they did not respond. On January 6, 2026, I called your company to report them. Later that day someone from Albert&amp;#39;s contacted me to say that they could come out in 2 weeks to look at it. Since then, I have noticed two other cracks in different areas."
