Chris built us a new deck. Chris was a friendly person but the wood he used was not good quality. We have split wood in several places. There are splinters hanging off the wood all over the deck. One of the stair railings is a different wood and bowed. Stated he would come over to discuss but never showed up or called. Have not heard from him since.
