"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

The project consisted of demo (removing existing garden tub and old shower stall, toilet and vanity. Booher then installed a larger walk-in shower with new custom tiling and fixtures, new toilet, new vanity with quartz countertop and sinks, new light fixtures above sinks as well as a new overhead light and fan with new switches, and had walls smoothed and painted with new trim. And seniors, we also had a TP holder with grab bar installed for our age-in-place assistance! Had a faulty product which Booher re-ordered (improved) and replaced. That delayed the project but the Project Manager kept it rolling, juggling contractors' schedules to make it work out. The final product is exactly what I'd hoped for and I'm very pleased with the results."
