Ben was able to diagnose an unexplained leak into a bedroom and resolved it by adding a cap to the vent. House is 100 years old and has a few quirks not present in newer houses. One, the initial consultation lasted 7 hours. Between discussions about the roof to the actual roof inspection. Second. The Forman on the job barely spoke English. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late. But like I stated earlier, the group as a whole worked very hard and the roof looks great."
