"Mad City was able to replace an old fiberglass shower in our basement bathroom with a custom shower enclosure. This was a tricky job because the shower sits under the stairs, but they were able to create something that fits perfectly, and gives us a more comfortable space to shower. The lead time is a little longer since they fabricate per order, but the installation was completed in a couple of days (that includes city inspections). Their crew was also very respectful of our home. Overall it was a great experience. "

"We had a terrible customer experience. It took a full year and four--yes FOUR--tries to get it right. The first try was a defective door improperly installed. Then, over a period of another 9 months, two other doors were defectively manufactured. Twice they told us the door would be ready in three months. Twice it was not. Both of those times (keeping in mind that these were the second and third tries), we were told THE DAY THE INSTALLATION WAS SCHEDULED that it would be another three months. Finally, the FOURTH DOOR, installed ONE YEAR after we purchased and paid for it was installed. And they offered no compensation. In fact, Jordan Deeb denied compensation for the breach of the purchase agreement."

The glass enclosure was on the second floor, and they added insulation under the wood deck floor, a ceiling fan on the below room and a weather resistant ceiling on the below room. We truly enjoy spending time in the all-season room, enjoying the view of floor to ceiling windows so much so that a couple years later we added a second all season room to the first floor below the first room. The second enclosure looks wonderful, blending the trim with the above room. We are also very pleased with their customer service! Mark responds quickly to any questions!"
