They picked up the table, did the work, and delivered it more quickly than their estimated timetable. And the work far exceeded my expectations. The table is old and had seen many, many years of hard use. They ask lots of specific questions until they understood exactly how I wanted it to look when they were finished. They obviously did the work with great care, adding a some extra stabilization and filling a small hole without detracting from the rustic nature of the piece.
