"Quite simply, this was the best contractor we have hired in 35 years of home ownership. We have had some good ones (and bad), but Pat is way above the rest and his price was the most reasonable. I read almost all the reviews and they are all fantastic (not one bad one) and for good reason: Pat and his team are the nicest, friendliest, most conscientious, thorough, laid-back, competent crew I have worked with. Four of them worked for 2 solid days scraping and repairing rotted wood that prior painters glossed over (they were too professional to say this themselves) with NO complaints. And I had to insist that we compensate them properly for all that! Pat is the most honest, knowledgeable, generous contractor I have hired. They may not look like your typical college-aged painters, but don't be fooled - they are a capable and expert team like no other. BTW, they can fix anything - I plan to have them back to seal our brick, fix and paint the deck, do interior work, and my neighbors are having them replace gutters and tuck-point. We are so happy we found them!"
