"Quite simply, this was the best contractor we have hired in 35 years of home ownership. We have had some good ones (and bad), but Pat is way above the rest and his price was the most reasonable. I read almost all the reviews and they are all fantastic (not one bad one) and for good reason: Pat and his team are the nicest, friendliest, most conscientious, thorough, laid-back, competent crew I have worked with. Four of them worked for 2 solid days scraping and repairing rotted wood that prior painters glossed over (they were too professional to say this themselves) with NO complaints.
