Although we started the window covering process 2 months prior to our move date, one thing after another went wrong with our plan for blinds. After a professional measured for us, the blinds were not cut properly, & some didn t fit our windows. Time passed completing the re-do, & then the installer we d hired was unable to hang them. "I got a call from the service person within 2 hours of submitting the request online and they were out to pick up my blinds that afternoon. They were very professional and pleasant. They had given me a quote when I had talked with them on the phone before I agreed to their service and it was indeed the final charge. My only criticism was that they had told me that I would probably have my blinds back within a week but it was a week and a half instead with no call given as to an additional time period needed for the repair. All in all a very good experience."
