Todd was very helpful in the whole process,he did forgot his first appointment but was very punctual after that.After I placed my order I wanted to put half of it on hold,to see how the colors will look.Todd was very helpful in doing that. Though he will have to make one extra trip now for the rest of the blinds.Half of my blinds are already in and I'm loving them everyday! Thanks Todd for understanding!

I got a call from the service person within 2 hours of submitting the request online and they were out to pick up my blinds that afternoon. They were very professional and pleasant. They had given me a quote when I had talked with them on the phone before I agreed to their service and it was indeed the final charge. My only criticism was that they had told me that I would probably have my blinds back within a week but it was a week and a half instead with no call given as to an additional time period needed for the repair. All in all a very good experience.

The cord on the wooden blinds broke. Pickup was the same day. The blinds were repaired with new matching cord and reinstalled. The work was excellent and the cost very reasonable.

The owner of the company called me within 10 minutes of my online request. He was very flexible with our schedule and extremely professional. He made several suggestions within our budget, some of which we never would have thought about. We went with one of his suggestions and absolutely love our new blinds!!

Todd came to our home right away, measured and gave us a quote...all within 2 hours of my e-mail. The blinds were ordered that day and will be in and installed the week of Jan. 4th. Todd has given us updates and has been a real pro and a pleasure to work with. He's just the BEST!!!!
