Blind Faith Blinds of Indy

At first, I thought the company was great but I realize this is not the case. My shutters are falling off the frame AND the door. The standard handle scraped off the paint causing us to purchase another door handle. Now It is hard to get your hands around the knob. They did not measure properly. They wont service their work that was subpar unless I pay them $99 to come out. The workmanship is substandard. You can see where the paint is missing. Can see the shutters are crooked from the outside. This is not a company I would trust based on the way they handled this simple request. I am very suspicious of the great number of positive reviews that are posted because they just do not jive with the reality of the way this business responds. Beware.

The motorized shades are a waste of money. Please don't buy them. If you have issues with them after you have paid them off as is my personal experience, you may not be treated with good customer service. The "owner" of this company, Mark, was nice BEFORE he had all the money, and now he was/is very unprofessional.

Very friendly and they work with you without any problems

This is the third time we have used Mark with Blind Faith Blinds. Besides the fact that the binds are simply amazing and gorgeous, Mark is an unbelievable individual. He is one of the most polite, patient, genuine individuals I have ever met! I trust this guy through and through. Installation is clean, fitting is precise, and the product he uses blows the big box stores out of the water! I will forever use him for any window coverings in the future! He's not the cheapest, but he does it right, it looks great, and its warrantied!

We recently moved into a newly constructed home. The sales rep was wonderful walking us through various options and styles. He was very flexible with scheduling and was not pushy at all. Our home is in a slightly questionable area so we wanted window shades as soon as possible. The owner and his son came out Friday of Thanksgiving week to install the shades. Customer service was fantastic and we love our window treatments!

Both Chris and Mark were responsive to my request for an estimate to cover all windows in my new home. They were professional, offered great options and priced it out very well compared to a competitor's estimate. Installation was outstanding. They obviously care about their business and their work and provide great service and product. I will recommend them to anybody.

The cost was in line with our budget and we was able to make our move into our new home without having to worry about frustrations of installing window coverings.
