"Barry did a great job on assembling the wall bed. More importantly, his character is top notch. He provided an estimate but when the job proved to be more time consuming and difficult than anyone could have expected, he stuck by his original quote and made sure the job got done no matter how long it took. I cannot speak more highly of the man. His dedication to the job was something you don't see too often these day."

"Total hybrid AC HEAT install replacing a similar system that was 17 years old. Called them early am, got an analysis and quote by10am, install crew arrived about noon, everything done by about 5pm along with cleanup. System working and temps down by 6pm. Top quality install( I had used with original install), crew was knowledgeable, timing was terrific in this heat wave, final job as expected."

"They performed very well, scaling two different trees and removing large heavy limbs from high up in the trees that needed to come down after a very destructive storm. They came on time, were very professional and made an arduous and dangerous task seem easy. I will be calling them for my next home needs."

Nest Installation questions, answered by experts

Spiders are not typically attracted to bedding as a primary source of food or shelter, but they sometimes inadvertently end up there. Spiders can hitch a ride on your clothing, belongings, or through open windows and doors. The underside of a bed, especially if it's near a wall or corner, can provide such a sheltered spot where they can hide and build webs. Dust and clutter under your bed can create ideal hiding places as well. If your room has other insects like flies or mosquitoes, spiders may be drawn to the area in search of prey.

A rodent infestation often has a distinctive, unpleasant smell. The most common odor is a strong, musky scent, similar to stale ammonia, which comes from mouse urine. As the infestation grows, the smell can become more intense. You might also notice a foul, decomposing odor if mice or rats die inside the walls or hidden areas. This combination of smells is a clear sign of a rodent problem and should prompt immediate action to address the infestation.

Ground moles are not typically dangerous. They're not known to carry rabies like many other wild animals, such as raccoons, skunks, and bats. And they don't typically bite humans, although it's possible if they feel threatened. If you do get bitten by a mole, it's best to see a physician to be safe, but most often, the bite will heal on its own unless it gets infected.

In certain cases, yes, the bees may go away on their own, but it’s a risk. Some bee types, such as bumblebees, create seasonal nests and then die out as their new queens seek homes elsewhere. But in most cases, you can’t count on the bees leaving naturally. It’s also not a great idea to leave openings in your walls any longer than you have to, which can attract other pests or cause moisture damage.

You should never block both the top and bottom of your chimney. Proper airflow is essential because the temperature inside the chimney will still fluctuate as your house warms and cools. Moisture can build up without ventilation, leading to dampness in your walls over time. Blocking the top prevents debris and animals from entering, but the chimney still needs air circulation to avoid condensation issues. Allowing the chimney to breathe maintains the health of your home and prevents long-term damage.
