"Every time it rained water would pour over our gutter on the back of our house. I figured the home builder put to small of gutters on the house and no matter who I would have come out would try to sell me gutters for the entire house. Kevin Bowser came out the day after I called their office and asked what the problem was. I explained the situation and waited for him to put the hammer on us. Kevin actually said that it was an easy fix and that they would eliminate two of the elbows they had installed, replace a 10' section of gutter with a larger one and also replace the downspout with a larger one. I said "that's it?" and he said he needed to apologize because they have a minimum charge for any job of $200 and the cost to do this would only be $168 but he would have to charge me $200. I told him we were leaving for vacation in 5 days and I really wanted to have it done before we left. He asked what day we were leaving and I said Wednesday. Kevin had two guys come out (he also stopped by to make sure everything was done to our liking) on Tuesday. It only took them 40 minutes and you would have never known they were here. All old parts gone and the new parts looked great. Haven't had any problems since when it rains! Kevin, the two installers and DWC.....you really should give them a chance to earn your business."

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"The CHW Tech was unable to connect the air condition to the Nest thermostat because it was not registering but he was able to provide us with cool air until the previous HVAC company was able to come and fix the system the next day. I had to pay the CHW Tech for the entire service but was reimbursed by the original company that installed the furnace because they knew that this was their error."

Tyler was extremely helpful with everything and we scheduled installation after I was able to paint the fascia. They were even able to reschedule for a quicker installation. The crew did an amazing job during the installation, even more so considering the odd footprint of my house. They maintained a clean workspace and had the job completed in about 6 hours including gutter guards all around. Total cost was reasonable and not much more than if I had bought seamed pieces from Menards or Home Depot to do myself (once you factor in labor of course).
