"Our Everdry system was installed by Everydry of Ft Wayne but that business closed down, without notice, earlier this year. I found out about this after calling to check on our warranty. Jayne and Sara were very pleasant to work with regarding getting our warranty reinstated and once that was sorted out someone was out the next day at the promised time to replace the pump. We've never had problems with the system overall, of course sump pumps don't last forever so that's to be expected. While the whole warranty thing was a headache, I do appreciate what they did to make it right."

The quote was very reasonable, and they were able to do the work shortly after their initial visit. They replaced everything with Liberty pumps. Justin and Erich did the work and they were very professional. We had them quote out a couple of other items (replacing water heater, etc) and those quotes were also very reasonable.
