"Andrew the technician was very polite and did great work. That is the positive. Aside from that their pricing is double on the completed project than any other place. A $500/$600 job was $1200. Their spring costs are $350 each where other companies are $100. Unfortunately I was unable to be home and not able to be reached, my wife signed off on the repair not knowing that they are totally price gouging. I never would have authorized the work to be done if I knew the price and my wife Unfortunately didn't know, we had an emergency and approved the work to be done. Buyer beware of Precision!!!!"

"Beware of Feldco. Misleading Sales Tactics. We had windows, siding, gutters, facet, soffiting, and a back door and storm door installed. Salesman stated two payments. 50% down to start the job and remaining due at completion and satisfaction of the jobs. They wanted payment after each job. Workers left two windows unframed with pine shims and spray foam insulation sticking out. Back door lock was installed crooked, bottom weather stripping was ripped up, and worker destroyed my original oak trim around the door and installed white trim in place of it. Siding crew didnt speak english and I came home to them installing insulation board over my existing siding instead of taking old siding off. They were caught not replacing old rotted facet boards and tried installing over rotted out wood. Vinyl trim around the windows was not even. They had to come out three times to caulk the same window. Workers put up new gutters with large black scrape on the front. Sales presentation is recorded, but will not provide a copy of audio to customer."
