They installed a 20' drain system, installed 5 iron I-beams, repaired and replaced the brick on half of the Michigan wall, regarded the back side corner of the house to allow better drainage away from basement, replaced back sidewalk to angle water away from basement. We are very pleased.

When TFS arrived to access the problem they were unable to find the problem without tearing out the sheetrock.. we decided to address faulty downspouts first in case that was the cause of the problem. We had at least six estimates for waterproofing our basement and although not nearly the cheapest, we were impressed by the presentation and the personnel and low key sales approach. So, we hired them! The work was done last week and again we were impressed with the crew doing the work, the care given to hold down the dust created, the quality of the materials used, and the willingness of the crew to keep us apprised of the job as it progressed. The was great care given to cleanup of what is a very messy job. We waited until the repair had been “battle tested”, (and this inclement weather has certainly accomplished that) before writing a recommendation. We could not be more pleased at this point. "I called American Basement Solutions with issues I was having in my crawl space and they set up a time for someone to come out and look at the issues. Daniel (a family member of the family that ownes the business) called ahead of time and let me know when he was on his way to my home, He was on time and did a thorough investigation of my crawl spaces after which we discussed what needed to be done and various options to accomplish what I wanted. I was provided with a written estimate, insurance information etc. We scheduled the work at a mutually agreed upon time and his men showed up on time and went right to work completing the work on time.
There was a minor issue with some slight damage to the edge of my cedar siding from the removal of the old crawl space entry. I sent Daniel a photo of the damage via text message and he called me within 15 minutes to discussed a course of action to take care of this, We set a time and Daniel personally came out and took care of the issue. I was happy with the work he did.
