"We’re very happy with the quality of work and professionalism. They remodeled 2 full baths and replaced a broken basement window — replaced showers, tiled floors and shower walls, repaired drywall, painted. We will hire them again."

Senior discount winter discount we accept all major credit cards full tree service and construction monthly maintenance packages available

"There was a verbal agreement made to remodel our deck to be done 7/8/18. We were told that the deck would be completed in one day. We agreed to purchase all materials and Professional Plus would supply the labor. The agreed upon price was $650. The workers started on 7/8 and got into the demo and realized that the upper post were rotten and should be replaced. We agreed to get the posts and agreed to pay them $100 more for labor. By the end of the day on 7/8, they were not done but were requesting payment. I said I would pay them half, but they said that wasn't enough because they had to pay the owner $150 off the top and still had to pay his other guy. I paid him $500 of the $750. They came back Mon 7/9 and worked for a couple hours and still were not done. They also started using nails instead of screws when we requested screws but said someone else had their drill. Tracy, the lead, said it was getting late and they would have to come back on Tue 7/10. On 7/10 they said they did not have enough materials to finish. I said that I would go get what they needed, but they said they could not stay any longer. We also started pointed out some issues with stairs that they were slanted. He said the 2 stringers we had bought were different sizes. He had informed us earlier in the day regarding this but then said he figured it out so we thought everything was ok but come to find out he proceeded to build the stairs and they ended up be crooked instead of fixing them right. He also did not finish the spindles or framing out the upper portion of the stair railing which left it very unstable and dangerous. I went and got the requested materials that next and text him the next day telling him they were there. He acknowledged the text but that's the last we heard from him. We initially contacted the owner, Frank, on 7/13 and it sounded like he was going to help. We got one follow up text on 7/16 and have not heard anything back even after multiple calls and texts. I do not recommend using this company for any services. Also be aware they operate under multiple company names. R& R, Professional Plus Tree Service and Construction, Robert's Tree Experts and Construction, and Frank's Tree Service."

Cowboy's Consolidated Services (C.C.S.) in Martinsville, Indiana services all of Central Indiana's home and business General Contracting needs. We are a local, family & disabled veteran owned & operated business. We believe in top quality work and 100% customer satisfaction. Top quality. To some that sounds expensive. But, it doesn't have to be, as founder Mike Lyle realized in 2008. He noticed that every construction service he worked for was always up charging materials and cutting corners. Profit was #1. He realized that this was not the way to go, so he struck out on his own. He determined the job was going to be done right, by qualified pros, at a fair price. So that's exactly what we do, from electrical & plumbing service charges (often 20% less than competitors) to not charging a penny more than we pay for materials. Our pros are drug screened & background checked, have verified experience or participate in a structured apprenticeship which includes classroom and on the job training. All our pros (including our office staff) take continuing education courses for their trade. We are affiliated with the PDCA (Painting & Decorating Contractors of America, NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) and others. We are insured and licensed, and we can provide as many references as you need. We back our work by conducting a walk through of the finished project with each client prior to final payment, for painting & coatings we have a 30 day free touch up and we warranty the labor on each project which is transferable. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. We offer seasonal specials as well as our year round senior, public safety, and military/veteran discounts.

"He never shows up at the time he states. When he leaves for supplies it can take hours for him to return and blames it on other people at the store. Fails to provide receipts to show actual amount spent on materials. Constantly ask for money for gas. When you point out things that he did that needs corrected he states such and such is the reason it’s that way; for instance he repaired part of the floor by my door cut the bored crooked and said it was the way my floor tiles were that made it look that way, that was not the case. He also drinks on the job. My doors are not in straight, pointed out and he said they were straight. The ramp on my deck need more support and he told me he would do it but did not. He also needed an extra beam on the ramp hand rail but said it did not need it. I told him not to come back and my husband and brother are having to fix his mess ups. I know we over paid him for materials; my husband works at Lowe’s (where he bought the stuff) and knows how much all of it would cost."

Pressure Washing questions, answered by experts

In Indianapolis, common mistakes include using excessive pressure on older brick or limestone, which can cause damage, and pressure washing before temperatures consistently stay above freezing. Skipping protective gear or not covering outdoor outlets is risky, especially with IN’s spring rains. Many homeowners also forget to use the right exterior cleaning solutions for local humidity or neglect to reseal concrete after cleaning, reducing long-term protection.

Helpful?

For Indianapolis homes, select a power washer with adjustable pressure to safely clean brick, limestone, or vinyl siding. Use eco-friendly detergents to protect local waterways and mildew removers for humid summer months. Concrete cleaners are ideal for tackling winter salt stains. Local hardware stores offer supplies suited for IN’s freeze-thaw cycles, ensuring your exterior cleaning projects are both effective and safe for your property.

Helpful?

Your Indianapolis home is a strong candidate for pressure washing if you notice dark streaks from tree sap, algae growth on shaded siding, or salt residue from winter storms. Homes with limestone or brick exteriors, common in many IN neighborhoods, benefit from regular exterior cleaning to prevent staining. Properties near major roads or with mature maples often accumulate more grime and pollen, making pressure washing especially effective.

Helpful?

In Indianapolis, plan to pressure wash siding and decks each spring to remove pollen and mildew, and driveways after winter to clear salt and grime. Inspect hoses and nozzles for wear before each use, as IN’s temperature swings can cause cracking. Store your equipment indoors to prevent freeze damage, and consider sealing concrete every few years to protect against moisture and harsh winter conditions.

Helpful?

Completing pressure washing projects in Indianapolis can significantly boost your home’s curb appeal, especially after winter road salt and summer pollen have built up. While pressure washing doesn’t directly increase your home’s appraised value, a clean exterior makes a strong first impression and can help your property stand out to buyers. In IN’s competitive real estate market, this often leads to a quicker sale and signals attentive maintenance.
