ALL-IN PAINTING

Our project was seamless thanks to All-IN! They communicated well and performed with excellence.

Don't be fooled by the current rating they have. Recently hired them for over $13k project. The quality of painting we received could of been done on my own. Not one worker on my project had been with the company longer than four months. Crew Leader was caught on camera snooping through our garage not once, but twice. Never signed a scope of work or approved the color they painted my interior. We wanted gray...we got lilac. Painters also on video stating the color is incorrect. Upstairs portion was supposed to take 5 days...we were on day 8 when I pulled them off our job after crew leader was snooping in our garage. There were previous customer complaints on the this crew, but yet they were sent for my project. Also, on day 8 the crew was going to be pulled off our project, that was already behind, and sent to appease another customer. The owner was made aware of our situation. He sent out his newly hired, new to the painting industry operations manager to meet with my husband and I. Based on that meeting and the events previously listed we fired the company. The owner, Luke, was given the opportunity to come to our home to visually address our concerns and never accepted. Luke also denied our request to have our $7k deposit refunded. We are in the midst of filing a court case to retrieve our monies back. So beware using this company. They might have a good Google, Facebook, etc. review rating, but trust me that means NOTHING. Their previous operations manager quit and when he left numerous lead painters left as well. That there tells you something is not right with management in this company. They have admitted that they are having trouble hiring people and are stretched thin. Take your business to a company that prides themselves on their quality of work, not quantity. In the pictures attached you will see how our home was left after the end of their daily shifts. Every day we had to clean up their lunch trash, cover up paint left out since we had pets, and move items they just left in the upstairs hallway. Attached you can see this companies quality of work. These pictures are just some of the issues in ONE of the five rooms they completed (per their words) in 8 days. We have paint droplets on our flooring throughout the upstairs of the home. Lastly, I attached the lilac up against the paint color that we wanted.

The crews worked well and fast. Took multiple coats in addition to primer, plus two rooms required ceiling paint. Good value. Only one issue: weather was warm and humid when garage door was painted; conditions haven't changed much, and garage door still "sticks" the first time it is opened each day. Trying to find way to alleviate this before either the door or opener is damaged.

PERFECT job from Todd and Nick. They did a large upper level including wallpaper removal, lots of drywall repair, and painting ceilings, trim, walls, and cabinets. The place looks brand new. The office staff is great too - very easy to get a quote and pay the invoices. I will DEFINITELY work with All IN Painting again.

Todd and Nick were incredibly pleasant, great to work with. They took extra time where needed, but explained and demonstrated everything.

I have used them before and they did a great job. This time the clean up was not up to par. Came back and tried to make it right but still not great. Since my other two experiences were so good, I would probably still use them again.

I had them out to give me an estimate, along with 2 other painters. They spent a lot of time measuring and assessing the walls, then gave me a detailed estimate. The estimate included everything they would do, sanding the walls, priming, and pinting two coats. They also included some additional "problem" areas they had noticed. I knew exactly what to expect, and when to expect. I chose them over other, lower priced painters because I felt there would be no hidden costs in their work. I was certain some of the lower priced estimates would end up costing me more.

Everything went well. The paint job looked great. The paint job is very clean and professional. All-In Painting was also good at responding timely to requests and providing information about the project. I felt like they were very responsive which I appreciated.

Very well, Luke and Quinton and the crew were very professional and worked with me on price and project scope. There was a small issue at the final walk through however it was resolved immediately after the walk through.

I have no idea how much it costs. They were here bright and early, got their job done and left. It was just wonderful.

Everything went extremely well. From the initial proposal, revisions, product selection, kick-off meeting, execution and punch list, All-IN handled things flawlessly. Their crew was punctual, efficient and most of all did a quality job finishing some challenging spaces on schedule. Communication was excellent so we always knew what was happening and what to expect. We will recommend them often and plan to use them again in the future.

I wanted so much to be able to write a positive review of my experience with this company. As always, things started out very well. Employees were punctual and professional. However, when the cabinet repainting did not go as well as it could have things became very unpleasant. It is difficult when things don't go well and it becomes the customer's fault. The cabinet repainting apparently was done in an environment that was not dust free and many imperfections showed up on the finish. Also when the doors were drying they were somehow stacked so imprint blemishes showed up on the surfaces. This was addressed with a re paint but flaws persisted with the repaint. The employees who came to re install the doors realized that there were flaws and on their own, NOT AT MY DIRECTION, gathered up the doors to be repainted. The owner became upset and raised his voice at me saying "we're not taking those doors back and painting them again. I told you it would not be like a new cabinet finish." At no time did I expect a new finish, however obvious globs of dust and imprints from other doors are errors in painting....this is especially true since some of the doors are absolutely perfect. An unpleasant residue remains with me when I think of this experience. This is a young company that probably has much potential. There is a constant search for new employees. They would be fine for wall and ceiling painting. Anything outside the normal seems a challenge for them. The owner likes to try out new products. I was OK with that, but have had some issues with the coverage of the areas that were painted with this new product. However, I know that if I contacted the owner it would be my fault. So if you are considering this company I would recommend that use them for simple jobs.

Great! They were punctual and completed on-time. The staff members were very polite and addressed any question that I had.

They did a good job. They were prompt, did a good job, very nicely done. They were very nice to work with, very pleasant.

Luke came out and provided a thorough estimate of what was needed. I appreciated his evaluation of areas that needed wood siding repair and replacement prior to painting. The work was promptly scheduled and I was kept informed each day of what was to be done and how work was progressing by Ryan, the crew supervisor. Luke also checked in with me several times by phone or in person to make sure things were going smoothly and that I was satisfied. The members of the crew were friendly, very professional and respectful of my property. They cleared all the work debris when they were done. I was so happy with the finished work and the people involved that I have already asked for an estimate for some interior painting in my garage and basement to be done later this fall. I fully recommend this company!

They started and finished the job when they said they would. The paint crew and supervision was professional and friendly. The siding work was eventually done, but with some confusion. This was resolved. The overall finished product was excellent. I would use them again.

Responsive with the estimate and timely return of the scope and price. Work began and concluded promptly. Friendly folks. I'd recommend and would use again.

Everything was power washed prior to painting. Paint finish looks outstanding. All down spouts removed, spray painted for a nice smooth and complete finish, and then reinstalled. Garage doors sanded where needed and painted. Good team. Managed by Ryan. Paul did a good job running the sprayer.

I'm very happy with the job. They were very quick and efficient and just generally very nice people. This is the second time I have hired them and would definitely hire again.

Fantastically! I give Quinton Moore, a team leader with All-In Painting who performed the work on this project, an A-Plus not only for the quality and precision of his work, his preparations, and the care with which he handled my furnishings, but also for his very professional but friendly demeanor, his initiative in asking questions to ensure the result would be what i wanted, his thoroughness in explaining a few challenges and sharing some ideas, his competence and obvious grasp of all the details and knowledge involved in doing the job well, his promptness, and the dignified, cordial manner with which he treated me and members of my family. I would hire All-In, and especially Quinton, in a New York second. A+ service!

The workers were very professional and did a great job. Price was good. Will definitely hire again as well as refer to others.
