After calling around to several companies, we discovered that the manufacturer of our chimney had been out of business for many years. None of the distributors contacted carried the parts to replace the chimney cap. Lee came out and custom fit a new cap. It took him less than a half hour. It hasn't leaked since. Very satisfied."

"Crew had accepted payment on the chimney work from the previous owners, so we thought the work was complete and paid for. We moved into the house, noticed that the work was not done, and called Crew. Crew sent out a representative who looked at the chimney and said there's no way this is a $500.00 job. They said they would have to have a brick mason come out and give an estimate for the repairs. Crew tried to contact me and offered to refund me $500.00, but I said "No, I want it fixed." So Dean Nelson, the VP of Crew, called me back and his contention is that the Realtor said that Crew only needed to fix a crack and a brick and Crew doesn't carry 30 ft. ladders around to give estimates. I said, "that's not our fault, you should have looked at it before you gave the estimate." They couldn't even find a record of the complete/incomplete work and I had to provide them w/ a hard copy of the documentation. The brick mason estimate is for $3,000.00 which Crew expects us to pay."
