Of course, the service guy found cracks in our heat exchanger and told us we needed a new furnace (although the furnace was over 20 years old). We agreed that we needed to replace the exisitng unit, agrred on a price, signed the contract, and scheduled a date. Installation was on-time and went very smoothly.
