"This company has been great so far . Owner is always accessible, extremely knowledgeable and a truly interesting and fun person to communicate and work with. Project is on track and has gone very smoothly, cant wait to see the end product! Highly recommend T2 Design Build for your projects"
"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging. Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs. "
"I feel extremely fortunate to have found Vicki through Angie's List ! She is an extremely talented person who is very easy to deal with. She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home. She has a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me" I have been delighted ! She is very aggressive in helping me find the best pricing and often times will work with the vendors directly hence saving me the time. She also has excellent local contacts. Everyone I've worked with through Vicki has been timely, professional, and highly competent. My project is far from complete. I intend to continue to use Vicki and her expert advice until the end !!!!"
"Gerardo will be at the top of my list for future projects! Thorough, knowledgeable, good communication skills, reasonably priced and easy to work with!"
"Erin and Mario were timely, responsive and the end product is fantastic. They were patient as we requested design changes and finished the project on time, leaving no trace behind and no pieces of the work undone. We hope to work with them again on additional projects in our home."

Interior Design and Decorating FAQs, answered by experts
Part of the beauty of academia decor is that most textures and materials will feel right at home, provided they’re dark. Some common textures include natural wood, dark metals like iron, velvet, and leather. Incorporating these into your dark academia decor will make them look right at home. Glass is another option in some cases, so fill in gaps in your decor with small glass jars, or really lean on the gothic roots of dark academia with stained glass.
Look to the professionals when figuring out the secrets to styling a bookshelf. Place decor in varying heights, mix colors and textures, and always create a balanced overall design by alternating where you place extra decor items. Most importantly, don't overfill the shelf. Leave a bit of open space to deter clutter.
To help the designer understand your vision, provide room dimensions, photos, and a list of needs or preferences.
Balancing aesthetics with functionality amidst space planning is important. To do so, you could consider consulting both an interior designer and an architect to fulfill both these needs. Or you can tackle it on your own by prioritizing personal touches amidst space planning that add to the look but don't take away from the livability of the space.
