The serviceman removed the inside mechanics of the toilet and replaced with new parts. He was efficient, friendly, and very neat. He cleaned up after his work and left the restroom in perfect shape. We were very pleased and will call them again.

A technician was scheduled to be here by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, was here approx. 8:20 a.m., assesed the problem, gave me the breakdown (best case/worse case scenerio, which is how I like to approach things). Work began on schedule; had a few "bumps in the road" - but the problem was taken care of.
