On 3/19/2016 (Saturday) I woke up to no water. I went to check the water pump and attempting to access the crawl space. After removing the access cover to the crawl space, I found about 12" of standing water. I contacted Enterprise Plumbing (I had an estimate performed by them for a rental property - see review from 1/1/16), so I was familiar with their responsiveness and professionalism. I explained my situation, and within a couple of hours, one of their staff (Logan) was at my home. He immediately dropped a sump pump into my crawl space to drain it. My sump pump had apparently burned out at some point following the start of the leak. Logan was very friendly and informative - he was on call that weekend, and advised me to contact him as soon as the water had been pumped out so he could diagnose and repair the issue. Unfortunately, it took several hours to pump out all of the water that had accumulated - not Logan or Enterprise's fault, but mine for not realizing there was a leak earlier. However, during this time, Logan stayed in frequent communication with me and even offered to come out in the late evening. About 8 pm that night, I contacted Logan and informed him there was still an inch or two of water that remained to be pumped out, so we agreed he would return in the morning. On 3/20, Logan returned at the time we had agreed, and discovered that the water pump tank was leaking. He obtained a new pump tank and installed it in a short period of time. The previous owner clearly built the home around the existing tank, because the crawl space access was not large enough to bring the old tank out or put the new tank in. After discussion with me, Logan did have to cut out a portion of the drywall in the garage in order to get the new tank installed. This was not an issue as water was more important and the trim board in the garage covered the portion of drywall that had to been removed. The problem was resolved and we had water again by lunch time. Given the fact that this all occurred on a Saturday and Sunday, I was fine paying the added weekend labor rate. Especially since some plumbing companies are moving away from weekend services altogether. I could have easily been without water until Monday or Tuesday. I was extremely satisfied with Logan's work and level of communication, as well as the overall responsiveness and professionalism of Enterprise Plumbing. I will be utilizing them again for any home or rental property plumbing work I might require in the future.

"I understand that water is important to you. Water is important to all of our clients. We're plumbers. That is what we deal with on every service call. Any time we go to a client's house, the customer is having trouble with water. Sometimes they have no water. Sometimes they have too much water. At times, the water may not be hot enough. When you called, it was my understanding that you currently had water. The pump that you had installed was just making noise and you wanted us to double check the installation. You were told that our well tech would give you a call when he got back in the office. I'm sorry that we could not schedule you immediately, but our well tech was already out with another customer, helping them with their water issue. The only thing I don't understand is that if water is that important, why didn't you have your pump installed by a professional initially? Thank you, John Norris President"

Went great: I called during regular business hours, they set up an appointment for the next day. They met the projected arrival window and called to say they were on their way. Professional service. Tidy. Got the job done in about 30 minutes. I rated n/a on the cost because I've no idea what the local market is like. However, I would use them again without hesitation.

Went well. I had tried to fix the issue myself and they were very positive about that. I have three dogs and he interacted very well with them and even had me let them out so he could pet them.
The service was quick and he had all the right parts which I was worried about because I couldn't find the needed parts, even at a local plumbing wholesaler.

They promptly came out the same day and not only fixed the leaks but checked all of our plumbing. Replaced the valves on the washer hookup. Outstanding service, very courteous, prompt and professional. We will be using them for any future needs. John the technician troubleshot all the issues in our home and provided extraordinary service.

I have some other work to be done and I would probably call them to do it. There wasn’t very much of cleaning up to do because I was there. I had a flooded basement so I had to pump the water out and all they did was to come and replaced a sump pump. The mess they made was in destroying a few bolts from what was left over from the flooded basement, nothing that I could judge that on. Price wise I don’t have anything to compare them with. I do not feel what I paid them was out of line at all. They would have been here earlier if I had wanted them to.

Enterprise showed up and Chad, the plumber, took care of everything. He was careful to keep the excavator off the neighbor's property and didn't complain about the very small access to the crawlspace! The work was done quickly and professionally. I gave a B for responsiveness just because I waited a little while for the estimate but I understand that other jobs take longer than expected.
