I was blown out with construction workers. It was so nice to find a man that is a stickler for details and does great work. It was a blessing for me.

Jeff and the other workers on our project were very professional and did a great job. Our project got delayed due to weather but Jeff always responded promptly to my calls, texts, or e-mails when I had questions.

We had a master bathroom remodel that included removal of existing bathtub & shower and installation of a cultured marble shower and matching counter top. The toilet was replaced as well. Jeff's recommendation of installing the cultured marble shower in three panels created a shower with fewer seams and a more attractive appearance. Every important detail was carefully explained and the work was excellent. We can trust Jeff to attend to all of the essential details. We are completely satisfied with the work performed. We are planning to have additional work done in the near future and look forward to working with Jeff again.

Some of the quality of work was good. Soffit, gutters, trim turned out well for the most part. Siding looks good but fell off the same area 3 times and had to be repaired twice more before job was done. We hired JDHunter Construction to repair a leak in our previous siding (leaking into kitchen and a leak in the top of the basement door). They demoed the old siding, put up pink board and tape, and said we would have no more leaking. It rained and leaked in every window and door on the lower two levels on the west side of the house. (They had not previously leaked), and the leaking became much worse in our kitchen. JDHunter Construction came the next morning and to stop leak. During the next rain, it leaked again into the kitchen (but no more leaks in windows or tops of doors). During this third attempt to stop the leaking, they replaced the step flashing that had been put in backwards by the previous siding installer. We believe that solved the leaking. Also, when we hired JDHunter Construction, we asked Jeff Hunter to give us an estimate for replacing two doors that we were purchasing. His estimate for the patio and entry door was $300-$400 each. But when we received the bill for "additional changes and repairs", he had charged us $1690.00 to install only the patio door, and that did not included the labor for putting the same trim back on in the interior of the house. Additional charges above the original contract totaled $5198! The estimated completion date was 5/19/17, the actual completion date was 8/4/17.
