"These guys are great. They painted our entire home (two bedrooms,living room,kitchen,dining room). We had them do the wall, doors and ceiling. They were extremely neat while working and took pride in their work and provide a great guarantee. They came back and touched up anything we were not happy with (which was two small almost unnoticed spots). They are fairly priced, did awesome work and are customer focused. We had them come back and they painted our kitchen cabinets which they did a great job on. Wish I could give them 10 stars and recommend them for all painting jobs.show more

"I was EXTREMELY happy with Pronto Painting. They responded to my inquiry the same day and made an appt to come out for an estimate the next day. They were right on time and gave a very competitive estimate. Due to a lot of rain they couldn't start right away but kept me updated on when they would be able to start. They came and power washed on a Saturday & painted on Tuesday. They were very professional, courteous & friendly. I couldn't have been more pleased with the finished product. There was no paint spilled or splattered and windows had been covered to avoid any accidents. They moved plants & porch furniture and put everything back in it's place. This company is a family owned business and don't have a lot of reviews right now. Please don't let this stop you from giving them a try. I was a little skeptical at first but this was one of my best decisions. I will be using them for all my painting needs and would recommend them without hesitation.show more

"Jose and his team were very prompt and worked extremely hard. They took special care to make sure everything was properly covered and taped off before they started. This was a big job as I had wallpaper throughout my upstairs and even on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. It came out very nice and Jose and his crew even fixed somethings that weren't on the original list. I would definitely recommend them and will rehire them when I am ready to repaint the downstairs.show more

"A couple weeks ago I found the place where the ceiling and my bedroom on the second floor was discolored from water. This man was a real roofer and he owned the company. He climbed up there and looked at it. He took pictures and came back down. He told me the gasket around one of the vents was destroyed on the one side and he brought part of the gasket down to show me. It was wonderful because I asked him if he could fix it now and he said that he was sure that he had one of those in his truck. He went to go see and came back with the gasket. He fixed it and he was reasonable. I would have him again in a heartbeat. It was amazing. Someone had given me his name. I called him and he said he would call when he was out in my area to come and look at my roof. He didn't call me back a second time so I figured he was not interested. Well I discovered this on a Friday morning and would you believe I got a call from him on noon on Friday maybe an hour after I found it. He said that he was really sorry because he had put the paper with my name and phone number on his desk and he thinks maybe one of the employees picked it up and put it in the wrong file. He was really apologetic and he said, "I can come right now" and he did. I could have planned it any better. He is the owner of the company and I would hire him in a heartbeat. He only charged $70 and he had to climb on the roof to change the gasket so I thought it was reasonable.show more

"My husband and I recently completed a six month whole house renovation using Neal's Design Remodel. I can't say enough good things about them. I was looking for a company that could handle a complete house remodel from start to finish. I read many online reviews for Neal's and was pleasantly surprised to find that some of the people had used them for more than one project. The nice thing about Neal's is that you only deal with three main people throughout your whole project. Our first contact was with Frank Kuhlmeier, he was our Project consultant. Frank was very professional, gave us a complete description of the services Neal's offers and described how they handle a project from start to finish. We were also very pleased to find out they offer a full two year warranty on their work. Frank handled working up the design details and the quote for the cost of the project. Once we signed on with Neal's they even provided an architect and engineer to work out some issues during the planning stage of the project. After the project began we were introduced to our Lead Designer Connie Hampton. She came to our house to look things over and get an idea of kind of look we were going for. My husband and I are not designers, so it was great that Neal's provides a designer to help you accomplish the look you had in mind. They even have their own design studio with all the tile and flooring samples you need in one place. Connie was great at showing us all of our options and helping us make our decisions, always keeping our budget in mind. The last person assigned to us was Drew Schroeder. Drew was our Project Manager. He did a fantastic job handling the day to day operations of the renovation. He provided weekly schedules of who would be working on the house and what was being worked on. He handled the scheduling of all the different trades people that worked on the project. He was also the person that answered all of my questions or concerns as the project moved along. Drew was somewhat of a perfectionist as am I, so he really paid attention to the details in the finishing work, which I greatly appreciated. Frank and Drew were also very accommodating to our ever changing list of additions to the project. Frank and Drew never avoided a phone call or text and always replied in a timely manner. In the end we ended up with a beautiful renovation. The quality of materials and workmanship is fantastic. Everyone who worked on our project did an excellent job. They pay very close attention to the details. Overall Neal's was great to work with and provided an excellent result. This is the only project we have done over the years where the result exceeded our expectations. Neal’s is definitely worth the investment, we would highly recommend them.show more
