Steady Hand Painting

I decided to go with this painting company based on a friend's recommendation. I am so glad I did! The entire process was easy from communication, picking out paint colors, and setting up a time that worked for our busy schedule. Chris was easy to talk to, very accommodating and my whole kitchen project was done in two days! They cleaned up after themselves, were meticulous painters and I couldn't be happier with the result. They had their hands full with our project as our cabinets were DIY painted before and distressed so the fact that they made them look brand new was so impressive. I was also grateful that they were willing to go above and beyond and come back to complete the job weeks later when some of the cabinetry we added to the kitchen got delayed. I would definitely hire them for all my painting needs!

Excellent. Smooth scheduling of work around drywall and carpet laying contractors. The 2 painters, Steve and Jim, were on time, professional, personable, worked hard, respected our property well, cleaned up everything very well without me asking them to do anything, and were excellent painters. Chris and his crew at Steady Hand Painting did an amazing job for us! We had our entire first floor painted: Foyer, Formal Living, Formal Dining, Kitchen, Eat-in Kitchen and Living Room - ceilings, walls, and removing 2 rooms of wallpaper. Our home now looks amazing!!! Chris (the owner) came and gave the initial estimate. Super nice and checked in throughout the project and afterwards. Painters were on time and did a great job. They were able to get all the painting done in about 6 hours by 4 painters. I would definitely hire again.

The work performed was excellent! The interior painting made the rooms come alive as though they were new! The exterior fence and balcony painting really brightened the exterior of the house! The timely communication and professionalism of everyone made the process very smooth! Better than expected! Chris and team were professional and courteous.

The rain and the repair of the ceiling caused the job to take longer than expected due to mudding and sanding, mudding and sanding. They never complained of the added work and charged us the original estimate. They took the time to take our window coverings down and put them back up. they will be back to pressure wash, weather allowing. We would like them to do several move painting projects next winter.

I had a wonderful experience working with Steady Hand Painting. They were quick to get back to me and schedule time to come out and they did a great job!

When looking for a painter for external trim & shutter work, I asked neighbors on social media, and had several recommendations for Steady Hand Painting.  We worked with Chris to get a quote, and the ultimately perform the requested work.  Chris was extremely prompt in all aspects of the job, from responding to my initial inquiry, all the way through completion of the job.  This was even despite me being less than prompt in return, with scheduling a date for the work to be completed, and picking the colors for the paint.  He answered all my questions as it related to insurance (I was bit worried given others had turned down the job due to our 2-story house, which is essentially 3-stories in the back given the walk-out basement).

Work was professional, and done in a day and a half.  When I goofed on the payment (wrote the wrong amount in the written out amount field), Chris was courteous and professional in bringing the mistake to my attention, which I obviously resolved immediately.  I would highly recommend Steady Hand Painting for any external paint job.  If we have needs for internal painting in the future, I would not hesitate to contact Chris.  You will not be disappointed.

It went great. I had a time pressure situation with a graduation party coming up. It was difficult trying to find a time when it wasn't raining. Chris was great in making sure I had the work done before the party. He worked me in between some large jobs he had going. The guys that came out were pleasant and professional and did an excellent job in a relatively short period of time. I plan on having a quote done for more work inside and out.
