"He promotes himself as a 30 year union carpenter. His workmanship and customer service was poor. He was to install & paint new hardwood slab interior doors (bedroom, closet, sliding, louver, doors,), Remove a built in cabinet and build a linen closet, install new baseboards and boot throughout living room, hall, 2 bedrooms and dining room. He subcontracted the painting out, who damaged my floor, he subcontracted the door installs out, doors didn?t close and was cut crooked, trim ends were not finished off, he pieced in baseboards in some areas, even though I bought long enough lengths for on one wall needed a joint piece. Every time I would bring a complaint to him, he would always say ?I?m not done yet.? But move on to another project. When I would let him know that it is taking longer than he said, he would say, I got guys coming and nobody came. After 1/2-2/3 of the way done, I fired him. In my opinion, he is an inexperienced handyman. The is nothing ?skilled? about his work."

"We hired Juan to installed new subway backsplash and remove old peel & stick backsplash from kitchen. Juan mentioned he was a little busy but will be able to take the job on and complete it on a timely manner. Juan installed the backsplash on a Friday evening after 4pm and worked until about 10pm to get the backsplash completed. Juan returned on Sunday after noon to complete the tile work after allowing mortar to dry. However, the issue was Juan did not wipe up access mortal and/or cleaned off the tile. Juan left drops of mortal on our floors (which we had just cleaned from Stanley Steamer). Juan left a few pieces opened-no tile is in those cracks. Juan left the tile backsplash with streaks from the sponge. And Juan did not apply border of caulking to the edges. Juan left tile with streaks and clumps of mortal around our cabinets, on tile and on the wall. After discussing these concerns with Juan he mentioned I was criticizing his work and his integrity. Juan mentioned he has not had a dissatisfied customer who have complained about his work. I mentioned to Juan my OCD kicked in and when we hire someone to do the work the expectation is to complete the work to customers satisfaction and clean up after you have completed your task for the day! Juan mentioned he will return to ensure we are satisfied and complete the work and neither less to say I received a text from Juan stating he will return $100 off the bill that was paid to us and he does not want to work for us! Bad customer services and not acceptable for any customer Very Disappointed"

"We had a lot done! First Tony introduced us to Luis. Highly recommend him. He?s an excellent worker,does very professional work. He drywalled our entire bathroom and painted it. Installed a new toilet. Replaced our old surround with beautiful tiles and even put up shelves and bars in the tub for our future years!? Job very well done! Thank you Luis. Then we met Dennis. Yet another hard worker,prompt and ready to work. He refinished our ancient of days bath tub. Now it looks completely new! We not only are happy with the job but both guys were really good about cleaning up the mess. We highly recommend this crew,they know what they?re doing. They don?t dilly dally,they get the work done and done well. Thanks guys"
