"Michael Lyday was the technician and was very professional and courteous. He set a trap and returned the next morning to find a female raccoon. He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."

"The technician, Julian Roman, that was assigned to me was outstanding. Very clean, respective & patient. He answered all my questions and was so kind. Always smiling and never made me feel rushed. Exceptional work ethic. I will recommend him to all of my family & friends He was able to catch one, we think the other one left. If I have this problem again, I only want him to come to my home. Mr. Roman is an asset to the company. He cares about the clients. God bless him, we more hard workers like him in the world."

"The south side location of Rose Pest Control that was handled by the Indiana Team, initially started smooth and approaching 2 years of service for me. During COVID period there was a change in staff and management. From there, Poor follow up - No Calls, and poor service where only partial work was done(No Signature confirming work was done), but the the Indiana (Franklin) Rose Pest Control Team expected full payment(to which I stopped the auto deduction the payments) for the subpar, partial work that they did not complete. Despite my several attempts in contacting them to complete the unfinished job). After my frustration with them died down, I attempted to resolve the matter and made several calls(unanswered). I then received a bill for what was claimed as service rendered but the service was not complete. I never received a followed up despite my attempts to reach out to address the matter. The Indiana staff didn't care to assist or nor bother understand my issue. You "had" a Long Term Customer but poor management blew the opportunity"

"We called them out for a chimney sweep and inspection as well as a dryer vent cleaning. Upon inspecting the fireplace and chimney, we were told that the chimney was clean and did not need serviced. We were advised that the chimney needed a new cap, but the fireplace was too old to get parts for and they would not use aftermarket parts. The fireplace was installed in 1996. They provided us with a quote to replace the fireplace for $18,500 all due to a missing cap! Upon having another contractor inspect the fireplace, we were advised that the fireplace was fine and only needed some minor repairs. We also did some research online and found that the parts that they told us were no longer available, can still be purchased! They charged us $400 to NOT sweep the chimney and give us an outrageous quote, which was not needed! Now, on to the dryer vent... They inspected the dryer vent and advised it could not be cleaned as it was a flexible vent hose and not a solid pipe. They gave us an estimate for another $1200 to put in a solid vent pipe and still charged us $150! They did nothing except give us a quote! Totally unacceptable! We spoke with the owner about these ridiculous charges and he was totally unwilling to work with us on what we were charged. This is a horrible company to deal with and has some very shady businesss practices. Beware! They WILL try to scam you for as much as possible!"

"I thought I had squirrels in the wall,but when Ax came out he checked around the entire house and didn’t see any signs of squirrels coming in anywhere, however he did go in attic and stated it could be nice so he dropped poison packs and said I should stop hearing the sounds within a few days. He stated he will be back in a couple of weeks. They replied to my email and even though Josh said he couldn’t make it, he will see if he could get someone out, within a hour, Ax called me and came out and took care of the problem."

"We have a contract with them and use them every year. I was pleased with the service and we have a very healthy lawn. Anytime I ask them to take care of something, they do that. We never had any problem with them."

"They did not follow their contract. We did more than what they asked and still didn’t have good results with them. When we asked why they would not guarantee their work, they staff lady just said unfortunately that’s just our policy. What’s the point of a contract then?"
