"I have an illness that requires a hospital bed. When the ladies did the cleaning in my bedroom they looked at the location of the bed and decided it was not in the best location to give me the extra space for mobility. With my permission they rearranged the room in a manner I had not visualized. It was a much better configuration. They did not have to redesign the room. By them doing this act of kindness, the ladies went above and beyond the oral agreement and I am endeared to them."
