He said he'd be out the next day and show me samples, measure the space(s), etc. It was all done in a matter of 30 minutes or so. He told me that they were booked for 30 days before they could get to my awnings. Sure enough, after 30 days, I received a couple of calls and they were actually installing them a few days later. I love look of the awnings! They are well made, beautiful and they fit perfectly. They took out a few small trees, as I had asked and they cleaned up all of the branches and debris and hauled it away. As nice and efficient as they were, I would recommend them to everyone! "Overall pleased with the outcome one and product. It was a large patio pour with colored and stamped concrete. Within two days they came out and had plans drawn up with what we wanted. Very nice customer service. The biggest issue we had was that they tore out the old deck 2.5 months before starting to frame and pour the patio which left us without a back door. They did give us a refund on the back end to help compensate. They were very considerate on cleaning up the yard of mud, debris, and trash. Overall, great end state."
