Ron replaced several rafters that were damaged by mold and used wood that was in the shed to replace other rafters at no additional charge. The original quote was for replacement of damaged plywood sheeting after replacing the damaged sheets Ron went ahead and replaced the rest of the sheeting at no additional charge. He took great care in making sure he matched the color of the shingles that we wanted sending me pictures of sample shingle colors and together we picked the best shade and color for the job. Ron kept us informed from the beginning to the end and the end result is exactly what we envisioned. "This team of contractors is extremely loyal to their customers. We have used them for several jobs around our home. This time they again came in clutch helping make our home structurally sound after what looked like a cosmetic issue turned into much more. They were in constant communication with us and seeing us in the loop with daily updates on the progress and situation. They do a great job of completing the job right but also trying to make it as inexpensive as they can. You can't find another company that will treat you like family as they do."

"We contracted with Curbman to perform ceramic tile demolition. The tile areas weren't tarped off correctly, which spread tile dust throughout the house, along with sharp pieces of tile. Tile dust can cause respiratory issues for anyone, and I have some pre-existing issues, so it's a big problem to have it spread through the house, in the HVAC system, etc. My wife also cut herself on a tile shard, as did a Curbman worker, who ended up going to the emergency room. As we negotiated with Curbman to clean up the dust and shards, the owner became angry and stopped work on the job. He demanded that we pay the remainder of the contracted amount to resume work, which violated the terms of the contract. We chose to take our business elsewhere and requested a refund of unspent funds, which we estimated to be $3000. The owner refused to provide receipts and tried adding costs that hadn't been written into our estimate. He offered us a $40 refund and stopped responding to communication."

"Had water damage inside house. I had 2 other contractors come out. One said tuck pointing was needed to fix the problem. Other contractor said bay window roof and flashing at the brick and siding transition needed replaced. Boss of 2nd contractor later confirmed tuck pointing was needed and the roof and flashing work was not. Joey was the third person to check out my problem and he said tuck pointing and caulking was needed. He responds very quickly to set appointments for estimates and the actual work. He did a great job. He did not replace some bricks that the other contractor was going to replace, but Joey did the job for half the price. He caulked the 2 cracked bricks to keep water out."
