"Matt was extremely responsive and consultative during the sales process, far more so than some of their similarly well reviewed competitors. It took several consultations to get just the right door and windows selected, during which Matt was very helpful and patient. The installation was a little later than initially expected, though I said I wasn't in a hurry. The installation started and finished on time. The crew was professional and respectful. I was impressed with the quality of the installation. I would absolutely use the home improvement company again."

"We recently had Black Tie Builders replace the siding and gutters on our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, courteous, and detail-oriented. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional, and they took the time to ensure everything was done right. They communicated clearly throughout the process and completed the job on schedule. Our home looks fantastic, and we truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. Highly recommend Black Tie Builders to anyone looking for top-notch service and results!"

"Everything went according to plan.  He showed up when he said he would but with only two workers.  It turned out that was all he needed.  They did an excellent job and he added an accent that turned out to be very attractive.  When one of his workers accidently broke a piece of heavy plate glass used in a skylight he replaced it at his own cost.  They finished on time, in budget, and did a very good job.  I highly recommend Mr. Marchel's roofing services.

"The job has not been done yet because of rainy weather, so my ratings are only estimates at this time."
