"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

They returned my call promptly, came out within a couple of days to give me an estimate. which I received by e-mail. When I accepted it, they scheduled the work for a few days later but ultimately had to reschedule from Friday afternoon to Monday morning because rain prevented them from finishing up a previous job. No big deal. Actually they did the job much sooner than I expected when I called them. They purchased a 30-inch door similar to the one that needed replacing, installed it and hauled away the trash. The price includes the door, haul-away and labor."
