Most garage doors are equipped with automatic garage door systems. We love the convenience, efficency and safety that they provide. With proper regular maintenance, inspection and care, automatic garage doors are usually very reliable, safe and functional. As with any mechanical device, sometimes things happen that can cause problems, resulting in the need for garage door repair or service. Doors get closed down on unforgiving items, things get caught up in the track and cable systems, vehicles run into the door or it could just be a wear and tear problem or a maintenance issue. Any of these can cause problems with an automatic garage door system.

"They worked on an issue of door adjustment then came and gave estimate on openers, worked with our schedule to install. Very nice, helpful and professional. It was a seamless process from the ladies in the office explaining and showing the options that would be best for us, to the guys finishing a job well done!"

Then tried to tell me it was acceptable job. After two attempts to fix some of the issues. We felt defeated. Then Don Harr called , ask about how it went. He immediately came out to look, after looking the problem was reveled, First, the OSB board was installed wrong, which made everything not line up correctly. He also stated that he had recommended another installer to do our job, He admitting to the fact that Steve was too busy and changed what he had proposed for our job. At that point we threw our hand up ?? What were we to do tear it all off and start over ??? I was lead to believe that Steve was in charge, latter found out we should have called Don from day one. Don was the only truthful one if the bunch!! Even the Window and Gutter installer’s called Steve about the job after they saw the condition ."
