The workers performed the job according to the Asbestos Removal Rules and the flooring material was disposed of properly. Questions and concerns were addressed promptly. "I originally bought the Angies' list deal to have pencil tile put along two bathtubs.  While here, Phil gave me a quote on replacing the grout on one of the tub surrounds - $275.  I thought the price was very reasonable, and Phil came back two additional times - once with his helpers to remove the old grout & regrout, and another time to polish the glaze. 
The work was excellent!  The surround looks brand new!  I'm very picky about the details, and as it turned out Phil was even pickier than I am.  He noticed a few things that could be fixed, and did them.  He left the work the work site spotlessly clean as well.
