I always give a 1 year warranty a complete sheet of drywall or more. It is a self owned business. I have been doing drywall for 8 years and painting for 4 years.

Yes, using oil-based paints is an effective way to paint new metal awnings or update old ones. However, with the wide variety of pre-made kits available now, you might consider just upgrading or purchasing the color of metal awnings you wish instead of painting.

If you decide to paint over wallpaper, it’s important to prep the surface with an oil- or shellac-based primer. This helps prevent moisture from creating bubbles loosening the adhesive.
