I advised Pat of extensive damage/flaws of the walls in bathroom. He gave an estimate, clearly stating that walls are not as bad as I described. He came to do the work and I left the house as he worked. I came home as he finished the work. He then commented that if he had known the walls needed that much repair I should have contacted a drywall repair pro for repair. He should had told me that during the estimate, and should have rejected the job until repairs were made to the walls and ceiling. And aside from that, the painting was poor, as the coating is thin and I can see thru the old paint, the spackled areas show through, etc. All need repainted. Also had to clean up after the job in many ways. Floor, carpet, wood, walls, need cleaning. Oh, and he is so busy he is going to cancel his contract with Angie's List! Thank you, Angie for your paid contractor referrals! Angie, what a gem!

Pat quoted the work promptly in the spring of 2014 but we were flexible in our dates of when the painting could be done. We just wanted it done by the end of fall 2014. Pat estimated that his schedule would be open about August. At the end of July he called and said he could start the next week. Pat's price included labor and paint with 25% down when the work began. We signed a contract. The home has vertical aluminum siding. The windows were capped with aluminum and did not need to be painted.
The color was being changed from tan to gray and the accent color was being changed from brown to a burnt red. He cut in the edges by the windows and sprayed the main outside walls with 2 coats. The spray was even and well done. The accent color painting was well done also. He was careful about masking and protecting other items from over spray. My wife noticed that if the wind changed, they would move to another section of the house where it was more protected. His team was careful about not damaging the outside plantings. Pat communicated well and was a pleasure to work with. We would hire him back for any future needs.

The service and professionalism was outstanding. Pat is extremely honest and trustworthy. We provided keys and he worked weekends and evenings to fit everything in and get the job done in time for a move in. He went above and beyond in repainting a room when we didn't like the color. In addition, he refused to accept full payment until the job was done. Couldn't ask for more!

It's going to cost about $350 to do the painting but that's very reasonable. He is prompt. He is very clean. He seems to take a lot of pride in how good his work looks even as he is doing it. I can tell that he is trying to do the best possible. He is working for himself. It's his company. He is not working for somebody else. It's his company and it's his responsibility and it's his reputation that's on the line.

Pat was fantastic! The room being painted was a nursery, and Pat fit me in before I reached my third trimester (when inhaling paint is particularly dangerous). He even worked on a holiday in order to complete the job. Pat was professional, worked quickly, produced great quality work, and was reasonably priced. My husband and I would definitely hire him again!

Pat did an outstanding job! He was efficient with time, but thorough, He put two coats of paint on, did all the doors and trim and recommended someone to fix the cracks in the dry wall first before he painted. That gentleman did an outstanding job also, as he had to rent 15 foot scaffolding to work on the cathedral ceilings! I was so happy that I am having him come back this week (Feb. 2014) to paint the rest of my rooms.
