Spoke with Glenn Hasenour and he did not go through the “normal windows sales pitch” but listened to what I wanted to have in my house. He went through 3 or 4 manufactures and options for me. I was able to select a window that almost perfectly matched the existing wooden windows. When the windows were in stock, I was called by their lead installer Brian Coy. He worked around my schedule and they arrived around the scheduled time. The installation crew were experienced and each went off to their separate tasks. They out down tarps to catch any debris and protect the carpet. After the installation, I asked for a couple of minor changes to the installed trim and they changed without a problem. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
