Perfect! Dustin has done work for us twice now and I will never use anyone else. He is a perfectionist. He is timely, pleasant and does what he promises. The floors are beautiful and blend seamlessly between old and new.

He did an excellent. They look better than they ever have. Good suggestions for finish and colors.

Dustin does all the work himself, and he is excellent at what he does. He is punctual, pleasant, and explains everything he will do in great detail. At first, I had purchased another type of flooring, but Dustin discussed the benefits of hardwood flooring and I am so happy that I took his advice. My flooring is absolutely gorgeous, and this is due, in part, to the expertise in how it has installed.( And he also installed felt pads on the bottom of all my furniture so that it slides with ease.) Dustin pays attention to the small details, and the finished product reflects that perfectionism. I have received so many compliments on my floor, and the detailed miter cuts around my fireplace. I have Dustin to thank. Trust him to take care of your floors. He is the right man for the job.

He helped us carry in the hardwood flooring. Which was a great help. He procceded to remove the old carpeting through out the whole house. When that was done he removed the old hardwood floor from the Kitchen and the hallway. This was a very hard job and he performed it exceptionally. He started flooring from the front of the house. He moved furniture when necessary. We moved all the furniture back to it's proper place. He aklso installed the heating vents to match our floor which was a wonderful addition. Overall the experience was great. He did a fantastoc job and I would recommend Palmer Hardwood floors to anyone.

He was prompt, fast and very neat. My floors look great, and he gave me tips for taking care of them in the future.

We are thrilled with the entire process with Dustin from Palmer Hardwood Floors! Our 19 year-old home has white oak hardwood floors in the entry area, kitchen and adjacent breakfast nook space and they were in need of refinishing. Dustin was prompt to report and supply an estimate with several a couple of thoughtful suggestions. His price was very fair and he was not "pushy" when we accepted only one of his suggestions. He has a calm, easy manner and communicates the process and the expectations well. Dustin is also accomodating as we had to delay the start of the project due to a family crisis. He was able to re-schedule our job without a fuss. Dustin was punctual on every service day (entire process took parts of five separate days due to drying times). He started by carefully covering/closing off the spaces adjacent to the work area with plastic dropclothes over the doorways/upper loft and we had minimal dust through the entire process. The sanding took one and a half days, at the end of which he left several samples of the staining options we had discussed before - just to give us one more opportunity to choose. We actually chose not to have stain applied since we preferred the natural color. We chose the semi-gloss finish on the polyurethane which actually added a slight golden tinge to the wood - again something we wanted. The application, drying and sanding of the three protective coats took parts of the next three days. During the entire process, Dustin was cordial, responsive, neat/tidy and overall an excellent worker. We love the floors and the care he took of our home while he worked. His price was very fair and would certainly use him again. Highly recommend!

Dustin Palmer was a joy to work with! This was the first time we had ever had wood flooring placed. He walked us through it step by step. He answered all phone calls promptly, showed up on time and finished on schedule. He and his helper are very clean cut, polite men. The workmanship is wonderful. The floor looks great!

WE ARE VERY PLEASED. DUSTIN WAS THOROUGH AND EASY TO WORK WITH. CAREFUL TO PLEASE. WILLING TO COME BACK IF ANY CONCERNS AT ALL. WE HAD A MINOR CONCERN, HE FIXED AT NO CHARGE, AND SAID TO CALL IF NEEDED ANYTHING MORE. FLOORS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND I EXPECT THEY WILL HOLD UP WELL. EXCELLENT SERVICE, REASONABLE PRICE, AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

THIS COMPANY GAVE US THE BEST QUOTE TO COMPLETE THE WORK PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED, DESPITE US FINDING THEY WERE RELATIVELY UNHEARD OF. (WERE NOT ON ANGIE'S LIST) WE GAVE THEM A TRY AND LEARNED OUR LESSON THE HARD WAY. WE FOUND THEIR WORK RESULTED IN SERIOUS FLAWS IN MANY AREAS. THERE ARE MANY LIGHT SPOTS FROM IMPROPER STAINING THROUGHOUT, AND THERE ARE QUITE A FEW 'DRUM' LINES, WHERE THEY OVERSANDED, RESULTING IN DEEP INDENTATIONS IN THE FLOOR. THEY HAVE RUINED OUR FLOOR TRIM. THERE ARE STAIN/SAND MARKS ALL OVER. THEY HAVE COME BACK TWICE TO DO A REPAIR JOB ON ONE AREA, BUT IT LOOKS WORSE EVERY TIME THEY TRY TO CORRECT IT. I HAVE HAD TWO CONTRACTORS LOOK AT IT SINCE, AND BOTH AGREE, IT IS A 'BOTCHED JOB', AND THE ENTIRE FLOORING NEEDS TO BE COMPLETELY RE-DONE FROM SCRATCH. I WILL BE PURSUING A REFUND FOR THE REFINISHING TO GET THE JOB DONE PROPERLY BY A COMPETENT FLOORING CONTRACTOR.
