They called back promptly, showed up when they said they would and stayed until job was done even though it was Friday afternoon and evening. The person sent was a licensed plumber as well as expert drain unclogger, and a trainee/apprentice who helped advance the job. Late in the job another even more experienced plumber appeared to help. hey earned every penny. Only regret - it is a non-union shop."
